Standup Open Mic every Thursday @8pm. Doors open @7:30pm. List caps at 36 comics and there are 7 spots reserved for walk-ins. Comics get 3.5 minutes. Signups begin at noon on the day of the mic. (While you can access the google sheet at any time, you won't be able to add your name until noon each Thursday.) The owner/booker for BABS Comedy Club's Local Laughs Standup showcase regularly books comics from the open mic. Open to the public, No drink minimum, Bring Your Own Food permitted. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and small snacks available for purchase.
Please note: This open mic is specifically for comedians. If you're interested in performing music, slam poetry, or other non-comedy material, we recommend checking out the artist's open mic at Robert's Westside every 4th Tuesday of the month.
